1 Introduction

Judith Ethnic Food Store Ltd may offer gift cards or vouchers for customers to purchase products from our store or online services.

2 Using Gift Cards

Gift cards:

• may only be used for eligible purchases;
• must be presented at the time of purchase;
• cannot normally be exchanged for cash.

3 Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Customers are responsible for keeping gift cards secure. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards may not be replaced unless proof of purchase is available.

4 Expiry

Gift cards may have an expiry period. Customers should check the terms provided when purchasing the gift card.

5 Refunds

Gift card purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
